Lived here for three years... Kay Davis is a rude and nasty person who is very shifty and not very trustworthy... spend your money with someone who will look out for their tenants... I hope this helps...

So I call to see if she had any immediate vacancies and she told me right away yes she had a vacancy and it was ready to be rented. she said she would meet me on the property in 15 min me and my mother waited on her to arrive she arrives about 10 min later. We meet her with kindness so she invite us in to look at the apt and I express to her that I love the apt upon looking at it can we apply for it. Then this is where everything got crossed she begans to tell me that someone else has already put in for the apt how she couldn't lease the apt then I began thinking to myself like didn't you just say when I called it was ready to be leased out. I had been out all day looking for apts. she told me it was ready to be leased I was really excited after looking at the apt to get there and it was a different story she should of not told me to meet her there if the apt was getting ready to be leased be aware not to get me wrong they are nice but is the person who rent them bias.....
