Two weeks ago I decided to let this company rebuild my PC instead of buying a new one (to save at least $200.00). I took it in late Monday morning. They said they would call me later that afternoon with a firm price. No call. I called them Tuesday morning and the guy said he would look at it immediately and call me back. He did. He said he would order the parts that afternoon. I called them Friday morning and the guy said they were getting ready to order parts (4 days later!). I called the following Tuesday and they had still not done anything. I called again Wednesday and they said their supplier had sent a wrong part but was over-nighting the part and the computer would be ready Thursday. It is now Friday morning and I've still not heard anything.

I went to get my computer repaired and they had a one day wait, which would have been great if they had fixed my computer. The lady at the desk told me that it was $50 an hour for repairs. I got home and my computer worked for about ten minutes before it started messing up just as it had done before I took it to simple pc. I took it back the same day and another guy was working and he told me he would look at it. I went back the next day to pick my computer up a second time, and the guy told me it was a totally different problem than the first guy and told me it would be another $150 to fix it. Turns out, they didn't fix it at all, and I still got charged. I went to go get my money back the next day and the old man tried to come up with a reason not to refund my money. He tried to say that the refund policy said that there are no refunds for labor, which is true. But the refund policy also says that all repairs are guaranteed for 5 business days. My repair didn't even last thirty minutes and I let them know that the same day I dropped my computer off there. Simple PC does not care about their customers, they only want their money. This place is insane and I wouldn't reccommend it to my worst enemy! The office doesn't even look respectable and now I'm kicking myself for even dropping it off there after seeing the office! Not to mention how rude the manager was to me infront of other customers.
