Provided by YPmobileVery Unhappy With The Service Department. I brought my vehicle in twice and they did not fix the problem. Harlow is very rude to other employees. I purchased my car from this dealership and wish Shortline Kia was still a Kia Dealer. They are 100% better than Arapahoe Kia.

Provided by YP.comWe bought a 2006 VW Passat for my daughter with a One Year Certified Warranty. The buying experience was fine but the service experience was the worst I have ever experienced. I have never written an online review, positive or negative but felt compelled to let people know that this dealership does not stand behind their work. Probably partially my fault for buying a used VW from a Kia dealership but I was sold on the Certified Warranty. After draining the transmission fluid instead of the oil on a routine oil change my daughter waited for 4 hours for them to try and figure out what the problem was and to try and complete the oil change. They care was not running well after the service and I was concerned for my daughter’s safety so we decided to look elsewhere for a second opinion. We then took the car to German Imports and in the course of their assessment they discovered that we had a leaky transmission pan and a stripped plug which ended up costing me $400 in parts and $180 in labor plus tax. Neither Brian Huddy, the Service Director nor Dustin the General Manager would assume any responsibility as they said they are not legally bound to take responsibility for any work done at their service center. This is why some dealerships give the Used Car Business a bad name. Save your money and stay away from this service department, they do not stand behind their work!

Provided by YP.comI received five star service from Jim Revesz. He took the time to find out what I wanted in a car, he asked lots of questions and really listened to my answers. He was never pushy in any way, and made me feel comfortable while picking a car. He has lots of experience and it really shines through in following up with the sale. Dustin Pew was patient and went over my contract with me, I was never concerned about what I was signing. He took the time to let me read it, and explained in detail when I had any questions. After I purchased the car Jim was waiting to show me how to work everything. He helped me pair my bluetooth, and showed me how to use the navigation in my car. I was very glad for that because I drove off the lot feeling confident in using my new cars features. All in all it was a fantastic experience. I know that I will recommend them to everyone I know, and will return for future car buying. Thanks guys for making sure I was confident in my purchase! I love my new car :)

Provided by YP.comWorst place ever! First off they were completely rude and second off they were such a sketchy business! I ordered a new key and was under the impression I would just go and pick it up. When I went to pick up the key I learned that the key wasn't even made. The general manager Dustin Pew was awful. Just a horrible place and I'm surprised they're still in business!

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I went in to purchase a Optima today and ended up gettting yelled at in the lobby and having a manager have to step in and stop it. Phil (Salesman) couldn't understand that I was not going to purchase a car today...no matter what price was set in front of me. I politely told them that I would take there best price and compare it to other dealerships. They wouldn't have any of it and wanted me to buy today. What a joke, this is not a purchase to take lightly! It litterally went down like this, Phil badgering me, throwing numbers and antagonizing me saying I was just wasting their time. Manager stepping between us, giving me my trade in keys back and saying "Thanks, Please let us know if we can help you. I laughed and said I was done with that place and never coming back.

Provided by YP.comI talked to the new car manager today about a couple used vehicles on their lot (used car manager was not at work). Long story short it was the most unprofessional conversation I've had with any car dealer in my life. He actually hung up on me. You can't expect to earn someone's business when you hang up on them. How do they sell any cars? I would definitely not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Provided by YP.comWOW, I have never been treated so nice then been stabbed in the back so quickly. I bought a optima from this dealership back in May 2011, provided all the required paperwork for the respective discounts (proof of military and my diploma). Then in November on Veterans Day, I got a call saying they needed my transcripts (which is now apparently required by Kia Corp, but states no where on the website of such requirement), five months after I bought the car! I told them that I would not provide it (my personal business) and I was informed by Dustin "since we are going to be out 750.00, that we no longer needed to do any business". Sadly, my wife liked going there, but since they have people like Dustin, we will not be dealing with them again. So, if you are an active duty, retired military recent graduate or anyone looking to go to be treated with respect months after you buy a car this is not the place to go and be weary of this dealership especially Dustin.
**I was told the day I purchased the car that my diploma was sufficient, everything was good, and I was on my way. No talk of transcripts at all until 5 months later. No excuse for the way I was treated. I was not asked politely.
The customer was politely asked for a college transcript to prove eligibility, (KIA Motors requirement) for a $750 rebate that was given to the customer up-front. The customer stated that he would only provide this if he could "Bill" KIA for his time and inconvenience or we were out of luck, too bad for us. I then told him that since he took that position, we should no longer do business together. We employ several veterans and I myself am a veteran. We treat every customer with respect and courtesy. As a company we "do what we say". We expect customer's to do the same. Respect is a two way street. I choose to trust my customers and I give respect, first. Sometimes I am wrong about certain people. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Sincerely, Dustin Pew General Manager

Provided by YP.comWe are very happy with the way we were treated. Didn't feel pressured and were given the "space" we needed to make our decision. Our purchase went smooth, without a hitch. Definitely will be doing future business with them again. Thank you!
