I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone with back pain. They will toss you off to a physical therapy assistant without any supervision at all and overbill you for items they didn't do, not to mention billing full boat for a PTA working on you. The billing is more than double when compared to other more quality and more qualified physical therapists in the metro area. For example, I was charged $295 for a PTA visit and upon switching to a new, more qualified PT after never improving, I was charged $135 by the new PT who actually helped me. So $295 to see a PTA vs. $135 to see a PT, totally backwards and this practice should be completely ashamed.



Specifically, my experience was that I was given exercises that were way too advanced for my condition (opined/verified by at least two different PTs from two different other practices) and the attention to detail was severely lacking by each Dr./PT/PTA who treated me at this office. The detail comment comes from the inability to properly conduct the exercises that I was given… had the PT/PTA from this practice actually paid attention to the detail of the exercise, he/she would have realized that I couldn’t properly do the exercise and was probably causing more harm than good. This practice was at the final straw recommending that I should probably get back surgery. I went to a different PT practice, who had a significantly greater attention to detail, provided the proper exercises and now I am completely fine without surgery. Be wary of this office, there are much better providers out there. Again, I would definitely NOT recommend this practice to anyone with back pain.
