Would you like your landlord to fix things that break.....like a kitchen and bathroom sink and shower?

Do you want your property management company to return your phone calls? How about voicemails? Emails? Would you like any communication at all-regardless of whether you call the OWNER or the manager of Heartstone Properties?
I have been dealing with this staff for over a year now. Over ten years being a renter in multiple states, I would say hands down this is the worst property management company I have ever had to go through because they DO NOT RETURN ANY COMMUNICATION. I called and left voicemails that I needed to get off the lease a couple months early because I was moving out of state for a job - NOTHING. Now when the lease is up-they email asking if we want to renew-and then even though I am not even in that state and the lease is already fulfilled and new people are on the lease- I have not received a word on getting my deposit back. LOVELY.
