Awful customer services with the new management. When I was in the office shipping my package, I was informed that Mailboxes Plus would act as my "shipping broker" and to contact them if I had any questions. When I called because my package heading to Ann Arbor, MI somehow ended up in Aurora, CO, I was told, "There is really nothing at all we can do." Really? A shipping broker. Unreal. This place is embarrassing.

Most bias customer service, I will never return and will never recommend this place. My coworker went to get some paperwork notorized. Seeing that one of my other coworkers got ALL of her divorce paperwork, child custody, and other family legal documents notarized at different times, this should be a good place for him to go. Throughout the process of her divorce, Tom at the desk, assisted with, what would seem to be no problem. However, when my male coworker went in for similar notarizing concerns, they denied him and said they don't get involved with any family legal documentation. When I called to clarify their policy on notorizing, Tom, at the desk, said they don't get involved in divorce or custody issues. I find it baffling that they would repeat such a mistake over and over for one person but refuse service for a simple income document for a child support order. My friend is a former United States Marine. He stands about 6'3, he's a big guy and I feel like they took one look at him and discriminated against him. The last time I've checked, you notorize the signiture not the issue. If they would have seen the paperwork they would have seen it's a simple document. I will never waste my time with these negative, biased neighborhood business ownwers again. I'm sure that if you fit inside their mold, they'll be great to you. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating any veteran in this fashion.

A horrible experience. I waited 15 minutes for the store to open (their sign posted they opened at 9AM), The weather was beautiful and clear, so no reason to be late due to inclement weather. When I arrived I greeted an older man who was less than polite, darn near grumpy to be honest. I asked to drop-off a very small UPS package (already boxed and labeled), and if I could have a piece of tape to tape the top close (about 8 inches of tape). His reply, "We charge a dollar for every box." I politely said, after having to wait for you to open on time, you're wanting to charge me one dollar for an 8 inch piece of tape?! I took my box and left. Unfortunately for him, I live close to the Orchard Plaza, went immediately home and sent out a mass email warning friends and family of this horrible business/experience. There are plenty of stores who provide good customer service AND open on time, don't bother with this grumpy, late-to-work old man.
