Easy Banking

We quit our big corporate bank because of the impersonal, time-consuming, pre-recorded, faceless entity they had become. Since we moved all our accounts to Star Tech FCU, we no longer have to listen to lengthy menus, endless adverts for bank services, or deal with the repetition of personal information. The staff is small, fast and friendly, very personal, and they know who we are every time we call. I love it. Star Tech FCU is the best.

A++++++ for Star-Tech credit union

I moved from PA 15 years ago at age 25, I began with a 'regular' bank. I once overextended myself and expected that I would bounce the last check I sent out and called them for help. The bank, either on purpose or because they don't care about people, decided to enter the largest of 5 checks first as they all came in simultaneously. This caused the remaining 4 checks to bounce resulting in fees amounting to $100, $25 each. They could've paid the 4 smaller ones and only bounced the big one, which would be $25 in fees, hmmm. Not only didn't I have the money but still couldn't cover the check, I was devastated. I eventually got myself out of the mess, learned a valuable lesson and removed my money to place it in my Star-Tech cr union account. I have not used anyone else since. That was 13 yrs ago. I know Star-Tech would'nt do that to anyone; they know you by name, they offer anything a regular bank would offer, their rates are reasonable, and they care. THAT's how to treat a customer!!!

Great Credit Union, Friendly Employees

I was new to the DTC area and was so lucky to have found Star Tech. Mystic and Vicki were quite helpful in getting all my accounts set up and getting me an awesome loan rate on my car loan. Plus, they treat me like a close friend and they always help in emergencies. The greatest thing is, I can go to any CU Direct Connect in the state to access my account. I love the personal service I receive and accessibility of Star Tech Credit Union!

Just Awesome

I've been a member since I was 18. This credit union has had 4 employees since then, which was 13 years ago and has the same President still today. I bought my first car with them, I obtained my first credit card through them, and I have used most of their other services over the years and every time they were exceptionally helpful. What I like most is that when I call they know who I am, as I usually talk to the President, and matters are taken care of in short order, as opposed to the big banks where you get a call center in a foreign country. When using shared branch banking (you can conduct business with them at just about any credit union in the country) out of town, it was particularly humorous watching the teller react when I called the President to help get something done.... Not just helpful, exceedingly helpful and easy to work with.

Highly Recommend this Credit Union

Great service, small friendly staff who really care. Easy to join, great products, low fees and ease of banking. What more can you ask?

Wide range of financial services and great, personable staff!

They have free checking, ATM access, online banking, and credit union service centers all over the country without the feel of an impersonal, stuffy bank.
