During his visit Herbert Hoover gifted Molly Butler with the White House Cookbook from which she obtained her award-winning Prime Rib Chili recipe, served daily at Molly’s.And while there are some modern day twists on certain dishes, all guests at Molly’s are treated to a mouthwatering bounty– same as they were in Molly’s day when local produce and game, along with handmade butter, cheeses and jams were the highlight of food fare at the lodge. Many of the recipes that made Molly’s famous over the years are still in use today.The bar offers a wide array of popular and premium beers, wines and liquors– including a Molly’s Amber Ale on tap and a seasonal drink menu crafted by our in-house Mixologist and Bar Manager.
