I have used this business twice when my wife’s vehicle was struck while parked and damage was over $3000.00 each time. Each time the vehicle was repaired back to show room look. Very impressed with their repair work. Today I took my vehicle for a door ding and then technician who looked at the ding took the vehicle buffed the ding out and looked completely new with no charge. Extremely happy with with their work and highly recommend them for your collision repair.

I thought I was making a good decision sending my truck to be repaired at a Chevrolet dealership because it is so new, I will never make that mistake again and the whole thing has been a nightmare. I had tell someone that my truck needed more than a bumper when I found out that was the only part that they ordered. The scratches on my truck were “not noticed”, even I described exactly where they were, so they are not fixed. For whatever reason the torn fender well insert was completely ignored when the bumper that had to be taken off for repair was shoved through it, so it did not get replaced and is still torn up. The damaged windshield was completely missed in the photos taken by their technicians, so I had to prove them wrong with the photos from the scene that show it to get it repaired by my insurance. And that isn’t even half of the crap, just the tip of the iceberg. I try to be extremely understanding. As a 20yr retail store owner and manager I try to not complain about service because I know that there are things that can not be helped, but this is ridiculous. I have never seen such blatant negligence from a company even after I tried multiple times to make sure everything was done correctly. Now I have to wait yet again to get my truck resorted to the condition it was in before the accident. Every time I have to take the truck to a shop I have to close my business for at least half a day so it is costing me about $250 in sales each time. So now I have to loose another $500 to take my truck somewhere else to drop it off and pick it up for it to be done right. I will never take my truck back to Bradshaw and I would advice anyone else against going there as well.

Their body shop was recommended to me from my insurance company, so I went ahead. I had hail damage from a storm in Feb. They were quick to get me in for an estimate and getting it to my insurance company. I scheduled the work originally 1 1/2 weeks later. I had to reschedule for personal reasons, and that pushed us out another 3 weeks because they were busy with all of the other hail damage in town. When I finally brought my vehicle in I was told 1 - 1 1/2 weeks before completion. After a week and A half I had not heard anything so I called and was told it would be another week. After another week had passed, I had to call them again because I had not heard anything. Come to find out, It would take another week. The delays were not because we were waiting on parts, but because they were having scheduling problems. there was never any contact made unless I initiated the contact for updates.



Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
