If I could give this company a zero, I certainly would... I was in an accident on November 10, 2015 and am still waiting on the total loss check... Jill the claims rep was unresponsive, their hold times were in excess of an hour EVERY TIME I called, and once I finally spoke with the manager Johna, she required that I (I!!!) pay for the overnight fees after they've taken so long to send my payment. I could have driven to Greer SC a month ago having known this process would be so drawn out. I would never recommend or do business with this company.

This is one of the worst companies you could possibly want to deal with. The customer service is horrible. They have no consideration for other people. They are rude and unprofessional. I signed a release form in Nov2. 2015 and I have yet to receive the settlement. All they have is excuses. As of 12/14/15. I rate this less than a one star.
