Horrible I'd prefer ZERO Stars flooring installation a 5 week nightmare issues pertaining to communication and installation and not honoring the contract. The installation technician declined to install the hall although it was in the contract. Spoke to a twit at 888-516-1010 a Lowe's REP she stated that I take the contract to Lowes which I did the manager was helpful, but the installation was not completed. The installation technician left the materials and he stated the installation time is uncertain. Also the hall is approximate 2x2. Hardly a hall!

I recently moved to the Greer area . Usually I would shop the lowes at wesrgate Spartanburg . None of these stores is perfect but the service in the Greer store is a bit lacking. Never seems to be enough scheduled employees in the lumber section. Seems like the one associate they have is constantly cutting plywood in back and never helping customers up front with lumber selection. Last time I was there I checked out and asked for loading help. Shingles are very heavy. She immediately page someone. So I walked outside. 10 minutes later no one ever showed up. So I walked back inside to find the cashiers engrossed in their personal conversation. So after standing there for a minute they finally noticed I was there. " oh are you still here ". This lack of interest in customer service is a little disheartening ..There's just not enough of them ever. Whoever manages the store is more concerned with FTE hours and then he is with keeping the customer happy

Not only did the employee helping me take me right to the product I needed he explained why I was having the problem I was with my lawn mower, helped me save money by suggesting I not get a few things that really wouldn't help and gave me the card of a gentleman who could repair the problem if it wasn't something I could repair on my own.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. They carry more than just building supplies. I have found many home decor items, cleaners and gift ideas here as well.
