I believe On Duty is an OUTSTANDING company with and INCREDIBLE staff. We have recommended On duty to our friends and family for their audio/visual needs. Ron Whistler was the crew leader for the three man team that came to our home. Ron and his team was punctual, professional, polite and very knowledgeable about their work, products and very studious with doing their job. The team went the extra mile to make sure our home theatre system was setup and worked perfectly. The team worked very well together. In addition to setting up the theatre, which included putting together the 132 inch screen and hanging the projector, they also hung a television in my master bedroom, family room and patio on a stone fireplace. In communicating with Beth at their home office, she was responsive and very patient, she also assisted me when I was having problems deciding the best location for background speakers we had placed in four locations in our home. Her knowledge and expertise was helpful with placing the speakers in the ideal locations for my home's floorplan. She was readily available to answer questions and assist me when needed. She usually answers the phone, but if I got a voicemail, she always returned my call within 24 hours. We had an AWESOME experience with this company from start to finish. As you may be able to determine from this review, On Duty has EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I recommend you give them a chance to have you business. They are the only company in the Upstate that we will use for our audio/visual needs in the future.
