Hello ,
How are you doing today ?I got your details while surfing the internet. I would like to make personal fitness and exercise schedule for my children. They are One females and Two male with ages of ages 12,20,and 23.I would like them to be coming two times in a week for 6 weeks.Let me know when they can start as well.Kindly let me know the cost for each person and the total cost for that and also the types of payments that you accept.

Powerhouse is a truly a gym for everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides personalized one-on-one training that will enable you to accomplish your fitness goals. The equipment is up-to-date and kept very clean. Overall, this is the best gym in the upstate.

The gym owner is disorganized. The place smells like old water and mold. The gentleman who cleans is creepy. He walks up to females and begins talking to them about "taking boxing lessons in his garage." All together the place is disgusting and unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

great club, no cliques, people are there to work out.
