When I was first referred here they never called me. I waited well over a week. I notified my doctor again and then I heard from them. But the woman on the phone was rude and unpleasant. I made the appointment anyway.
I could not keep the appointment due to my being ill so I called to reschedule. Again, the person was not very pleasant. After I got the new appointment I was going to say thank you and have a nice day but she hung up on me.
After the appointment with another doctor other than the actual specialist, I had no contact with them until now. I was to have a virtual appointment. I logged on 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. No one greeted me. I sat there for 50 minutes! I had other plans and had to log off.
Keeping someone sitting like that for so long is ridiculous! The least that they could do is have a nurse greet you and let you know the doctor is running late! I've had other virtual appointments with other doctors and have never waited longer than 15 minutes or so.
