Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I went to my local Lowes since I live out of town and they outsource to Seven Stone. Steven Stone measured my countertops 3 weeks ago. They said it would be 10-14 business days until installation (it's been 15 business days and they have not even fabricated the slab). Since then I have only been able to get someone on the phone a few times and no one even knows where my slab or "file" is as they keep saying (even though I hand selected my slab). My move in date to my house has been pushed back twice because of this disaster and am now forced to live in a home with no kitchen sink or counter tops. I've paid close to $3,000 and have nothing to show for it. Lowes corporate office even called Seven Stone twice and they still will not give me an installation date.

Ordered my quartz for kitchen and bath and was told it takes about 2 weeks to fabricate. One month later I am still waiting for kitchen countertops. They finally installed bathroom countertops yesterday. They were over 3 hrs late, did not call to say they were running late, did a horrible job, and did not clean up after themselves. I tried to call Seven Stone but nobody answers the phone.
