Weedwackers knew how to fix my Lawn Tractor. They did a great job and charged a reasonable price. Now my tractor is working fine and i will use their repair service again in the future.

Cost exactly what was quoted, works better than new, done in half the time promised. Great experience

We used to buy our parts there but I will never buy another part there or have anything fixed again. We took our rototiller in and we had to pay a $20 deposit for them to look at it and tell us what was wrong. Well someone called me and told me that it would be $120 to $130 to fix it or over $200 if we wanted a new carb for it. I told them to go ahead and fix it for the $120. A week goes by and I call them so my son could go pick it up and the swear I never called them back to give the ok. Finally a older man said OK we dropped the ball on that. We are waiting for the carb thats when I told them no way did I say to put a new carb on it. He said ok we don't even know if we can fix it or not. But they told me when they called they could. Then he questioned me on how I was gonna pick it up if I was in michigan. I told him I left money with my son. He was rude, very smart mouth, and down right mean. I told him I would have my son come and get it and he said fine and hung up on me. My son went the same day and picked it up and a younger man told him I was just getting ready to tear it apart.. They lie down there and like the other review they just want your money. Never again will we do business with them or recommend anyone to them. I asked for my money back because they didnt even look at it and was told the owner would have to call me. Chances are I can kiss that $20 goodbye. I'm surprised that they have any customers or keep and customers. The only reson I gave one star is it wont let you post until give a star.

I went to weed wackers to get my riding lawn mower deck leveled they call me the next day and told me my mower was ready. I get there and the price had went up from $15 to $42.50. So I paid the the 42.50 because I have been dealing with them for at least 3 years, and they didn't seem like they was going to honnor the price I was quoted over the phone. So they bring the mower from around the building I put it on the trailor and the deck was still unlevel. I went back in the store to let them know. One of the young guys comes out and confirmed that the deck was unlevel and so he rode the mower off the trailor around their building. As the young man took it around the building some tall big guy ran around the building with aggression and brought the mower back within mins and told me the the deck was leveled in that it was so many inches all the way around. I wanted to argue my case but I just figured that I would get a second opinion and if it wasn't leveled I would bring them the receipt from where I took it to get leveled. So they walk back inside and put the closed sign outside while I'm still in the parking lot. If you needing to get anything repaired I sugguest you guy to go to maccabees because weed Wackers doesn't care about anything but their money. They have lost 1 good customer and I hope that you guys look take this review into consideration and go elsewhere.
