I was amazed at how well some of these products worked for me. I learned a lot from the staff there in just a few minutes. I would recommend Healthy alternatives to anyone who is looking for a natural cure. Thank you for the help!!!

Firstly, I want to thank Brenda and Roxanne. At Healthy Alternatives Herb Shoppe, they are very helpful and they KNOW THEIR STUFF! :-))



Initially, I went to Healthy Alternatives to get something for painful shingles. I was looking for homeopathic solutions and was determined not to put anymore pharmaceutical junk into my system if I can help it. The herbalist recommended "Golden Salve", an herbal ointment. The shingles were an indication that my body needs major overhaul! She also suggested that I do a body cleansing with herbal supplements. Nothing to lose but the shingles so I tried it. Within a week, the shingles were gone!



I have fibromyalgia, and with that comes sleep disorder so feeling lethargic all the time is a norm for me. I also suffer from frequent, if not, daily headaches. So I decided to see what else I can do to make myself feel better. Brenda & Roxanne provided me with information. It took me a while before I decided I would do the 15 day detox program in the hopes of feeling physically & mentally better as well as increasing my overall health. My dear hubby decided to go through the program with me. The program was easy to follow. We did the Far Infrared Sauna everyday starting with 30 minutes with increasing time each day and a 40 to 45 minute foot spa every other day. Along with that regiment, we took herbal supplements and followed a diet and exercise program. By the first week, my headache was less frequent and towards the end . . . Let's just say that before starting the detox program, I've never had a 10 day stretch of headache-free days and these headache-free days feel like a vacation! Although my sleep disorder condition has not changed much, I have more energy and am not dragging my sorry self anymore during the day. By the end of the program, I had lost about 9 LBS and my husband about 7 LBS. That's just the 15 day detox program!



Doing the program has given me the tools to better take care of myself. Even after the program ended, we continue taking the supplements and follow the diet and exercise portions of it as best as we can. We also plan to continue doing the foot spas. THANK YOU HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES HERB SHOPPE!

This place is the best! Owner, Brenda is very knowledgeable and has helped me improve my health greatly! This shop has a wonderful infra-red sauna, NRG foot spa's and a great selection of supplements. It is so nice to have a close place to shop and get treatments at reasonable prices.

I've been a customer for the past two years and highly recommend Healthy Alternatives to anyone who is seeking answers to various health issues which may be troubing you. The detox foot spa is refreshing. When you sit down for it, you will enjoy a cup of tea and a neck warmer to relax your muscles in a relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and well educated in natural medicine and remedies and can provide you with the advice you need in order to get yourself on track to good health - again.

I have been here several times. I always get answers to any question I ask. Decided to try the detox program for many reasons. Mainly I know I'm in poor health, and want to improve my health. The progtam is easy to follow and the support is there to keep you on track. The shop is relaxing and comfortable, with very helpful staff.

I had severe acne. I asked the herbalist there what I should do. She has me taking Zinc (colloidal liquid mineral), fatty acid complex, and using white cranberry cleanser, clear skin serum, and Grapefruit cream by MyChelle. After a month I noticed a huge difference!! Now my skin is healing up and looking good, most of the redness and breakouts have disappeared along with the acne scars. I will never go back to using any of that crapy chemical stuff,( like Proactive :) ) I highly recommend this place!!
