Washman(Stark and Hogan) scratched my car up!! (See attached photos) Looked like Edward Scissorhand's car! Wish I could give 0 stars. When I reported it to the employee he dissmissed me by saying there's no way (and no proof) that their machines could cause that damage. Very frustrating. Especially since i garage my car...and knownfor a fact that thebscratches were NOT there when I left for the carwash. But I think the most frustrating thing for me was essentially being accused by the employee that i was fabricating all this. :(
I reached out to their corporate office and filed an official damage claim. (Employee Daniel was great to work with, very professional) yet corporate decided to deny my club as well
Thank God for good insurance. $3300 later my car looks the way it did before the whole Washman Experience. Never again.
To make it worse, the car mechanic who fixed my car said he sees damaged cars from auto washes allllll the time and car washes never claim their responsibility. :(
