DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!

This complex is the worst I've ever lived in. I wish that I had read the previous reviews prior to moving here. They are all true. The gates are broken all the time. The pool was not opened the entire month of september. The manager will lie directly to your face. Hurricane Isaac occured in late August and it is now the second week of October and the repairs have still not been completed in my apartment. The manager, Melissa, seems nice enough and will tell you whatever you want to hear. The problem is, she never actually does what she says. She just tells you what you want to hear so you stop making complaints. My apartment has had mold, mildew, and even plant-like fungus growing out of the floors due to the lack of repairs. If it were possible to give this complex 0 stars, that is what they would get because that is what they deserve. There is also dog waste all over the complex, that the maintenance who is always driving around in their golf carts, never cleans up. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! You will regret it just like I do.

Do yourself a favor, look somewhere else. First, maintenance is the worse i have ever seen it. It took over 6 months for them to fix the a/c, and now the heat went out (its now day 8). They get mad every time you call to remind them that something isn't working. Second, It floods here when is rains hard
