I went on yesterday 7/19/2022. Once again, Ms. Carla helped us out again. I haven't seen her in over two years. So it was so wonderful to see her again. We needed another capacitor,they had one left at time. I ordered 2 more and paid in advance. Ideal appliance staff are wonderful as well. Thanks Ms. Carla for all your help. A+A+ rated company to me. I went to Ideal Appliance to get a part that a repair guy sad I needed to fix my dryer when got the part I was telling the lady at the counter what was going on. I had all ready paid for the part this repair guy sad was broke and she sad thats not what wrong so I took her word got a credit paid for the new part witch saved me money went home put it on and my dryer works like new. She even told me if I had a problem to call and she would help me get it right. NOW THAT SERVICE..........
