Provided by YP.comPrimary Veterinary Care should have their license revoked by the State of Louisiana. The VETERINARIAN was dumb enough to put in writing, "You are ..." cruel/mean to the staff. Well, excuse me for being human and anxious about my dog! I am horrified that I allowed these people to perform several surgical procedures, board, and even euthanize one of the many animals that I have protected and loved. I am not sure that PVC remembers how to communicate with humans anymore but I speak on behalf of my dogs, currently three, in saying, DO NOT GO TO PVC. I am an attorney and I am glad to be able to advise you pro Bono. PVC does not know what, "pro Bono" means. If I have helped one single person with this advice, I am finished with PVC. I will pray that our Father eliminates their very name from my mind. Thank you for reading this and please let your family and friends know this truth. I am,
Very truly yours,

Provided by YPmobileStaff made my loss a bit easier…I had to put my
Yorkie (Tobias) to sleep. I wanted him cremated, brought him to PVC, stated my wishes. He was put to sleep very humanly with no pain. PVC sent Tobias to the crematorium.
Several days later he was back in a beautiful engraved wooden box and a bass medallion with is name and foot print.
PVC was very professional and sensitive to my needs.
I recommend them very highly for any of your furry baby needs. The staff and doctors are very compassionate.

Provided by YP.comI've been going to Primary Vet Care for years and I've never had a problem. My pets have always received the best care and the Doctors take their time to explain everything as well as patiently answers all my questions. The downside to being so good, is that they are crazy busy most of the time. So when you go, go with patience. It will be well worth the wait.

Provided by YP.comThe customer service is horrible. They are rude and do not even acknowledge you when you are at the counter. Seem to show no concern about your pet.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
