I had an awful experience purchasing a vehicle here. Sales staff are completely unorganized and unprofessional. Customer service after the sale is exceptionally poor. Dealer delivered the vehicle with a broken tailgate, claimed it wasnt their fault since it was sold as is. At the time when I signed the papers to purchase the vehicle, the tailgate was fully functional. Told me to take it to a local place to have it fixed, then after I did that they wanted me to drive it 2 hours back to Omaha so they could look at it. They completely stopped communicating with me. I had to resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a response from them.



I warn any buyer considering a vehicle with Grenta Auto to expect a completely terrible experience. Horrific customer service, unprofessional attitudes, and extremely poor communication. I sincerely hope another person does not have to have such experience.

You will give them 5 stars until you have problems with your car. Lied about Alpha Warranty contract and what it covers. Tried to cancel warranty and it has been about a month and still do not have refunded money back yet. If you don't believe me, call them up with a problem and they will give you the old saying, "We can't help cause we lost money on the deal." Any dealer can sell cars, it's dealers that shine when they help fix problems and not shut you out.

My husband and I were in the market for a very specific vehicle for our 16 year old son. We had been shopping for several months before we litterally stumbled upon the Gretna Auto Outlet. We found several vehicles that met the criteria we were searching for and after several tests drives we narrowed it down to a Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. The best part of our experience however was not finding the perfect truck but in dealing with Brad Merwald our sales guy. We never once felt pressured into purchasing anything. He gave us space to look (and look), he let us test drive as many vehicles and as many times as we needed to. He made sure that whatever we needed he would get it for us. He did just that. Not only did he get us everything we wanted in the new truck he even went the extra mile of helping us surprise our son. Our son was so happy with his new truck. We couldnt be happier! Thanks Brad!

Was looking for a truck online, super response internet team, Reid Richards. They called me back within 5 minutes. If your looking for a super clean pre owned vehicle they have a ton. Ask for the internet department they really speed up the process....and go above the call of duty to make sure I had a great experience.
