First and last time koa visit for our family.

Horrible customer service. We would have felt less unwelcome if the front desk lady (Marjorie) had not screamed at me across the campgrounds because I needed my husbands help parking our full sized f350 into the super tiny cramped camping space. (We actually had to open our tailgate to park under the fifth wheel hitch and close the tailgate enough to snug all the way back next to our 28 foot camper to fit into the space they assured us we would fit in. I parked our truck on the side of the campground gravel for under 3 minutes on a quiet (aside from the highway traffic resonating through the campgrounds) Tuesday afternoon so I could get my husband to move it for me. It would of been quicker had she not started screaming maniacally across the entire campgrounds at me in front of my 3 young children. She proceeded to cuss at me and used the b word at least 5 times. I was mortified! I asked to speak with the manager or someone in charge and Marjorie informed me she was not only the owner of the campground but also the property the campground is located on.

I have never been treated so badly anywhere. This is NOT a family friendly place!

Aside from the overzealous lady working there, the rates were extremely high for campsites so tiny there is not even room to sit around a campfire, wifi never worked, we didn't bring a cable to hook up to cable TV, pool was cold, playground is located right next to an extremely busy highway, game room was locked the whole time we were there, and traffic noise was beyond belief. Seriously- don't waste your vacation or money going here. Never again.
