Provided by YP.comTheir prices are low because they are substandard vehicles. I know that when you go to buy a used car something is going to be wrong with it. thats fine. My fiance and i just bought a vehicle from them that was on a cosignment deal. They notorized the signature of the actual owner of the vehicle with that person not being present at the time. Then after we had already bought the car we went to the tag office and found out that the title had been filled out in the wrong places and that the odometer descrepency papers were not notorized correctly we had to drive all the way back to the head office of said dealership. there they told us that because it was a cosignment deal that we did not pay salestax. That is fine and perfectly legal. However, since the title had been filled out wrong they had to run it through the state system so we could get the title correctly which would make them pay sales tax on the vehicle. They then tried to print out a receipt that had the total amount paid for the vehicle at half the cost of what we actually paid. their excuse was that they were losing money and it would be ok. We told them that all papers need to be correct in case of any discrepancy in bank records tax payments. They were mad and very rude to us but we got ourway and all o the papers were subsequently filled out correctly. Word to wise don't let these peopel push you around.
Please note above said customer was indeed offered the option to return the vehicle for their FULL MONEY BACK; however, they refused because they knew we had sold them an excellent vehicle for the price they paid. We are known for our unbelievably low car prices on top of excellent quality. At the time of sale, a new office clerk was handling their paper work and made a mistake by not including a form with the customer's title. Due to this simple mistake (that could have happened to anybody), the customer's had to drive back to our location to pick up the form. According to this customer, all human beings DO NOT and SHOULD NOT make any mistakes. We corrected the issue promptly for them at their arrival back to our location; however, they were upset they had to drive a few miles back to us. We apologized and did our absolute best to satisfy them and even offered their monies back, but instead these customers wanted to keep the vehicle and also file a bad review. Our facility always go the extra mile to satisfy all customers, and in this case it is apparent that these are the type of customers that cannot be satisfied no matter what. In short, honest businesses like ours do not need customers like these.

Provided by YP.comI just want to say that this company is so far the best on prices that I've seen. U feel at ease knowing that the people there are very honest and helpful. All questions are answered to the best of their knowledge. If they don't know, they will call someone who does. Just an overall great place to buy used cars.
