Absolutely the rudest people I have ever spoke with. Went in to make a small 100 dollar loan. Credit score 680,- 49K a yr just wanted a small loan to pay a bill before payday. These people treated me abominably, and spoke to me as if I were a child (Im 50) Then they refused the loan. I was astonished. (Not to mention Im saddled with their hard inquiry on my credit report for a year......) I promptly went to Springleaf in Griffin, and they gave me wonderful service. I borrowed and repaid the end of that week. Don't bother with City Finance unless you want to be given the worst experience in taking out a loan.

This is the absolute worst loan company in Griffin, if I could leave this without giving them a star I would! These people are very rude and disrespectful. They only care about money. There is no type of sympathy for others that may fall behind on payments, one day late and they are harassing you and making threats! I suggest that you deal with there sister company Loan South which is a much more professional and understanding. I'd rather struggle than to deal with these low life's!

You can definately trust this place with your business. They are both helpful and courteous. They will do what they can to help you though thier loan process. Go City Finance!!!!!
