I paid $500 for a used washer and dryer from them. Right off I started having problems with both the washer and dryer. I had to pay them $50 to come to my home to repair them. Within days the washer quit all together and I had to use a bungee cord to keep the dryer door shut. As when I had problems before, it took at least 5 phone calls and weeks before they finally returned my call. They finally came out and picked up the broken machines and gave me a check for my money back $500. The problem is the check was no good. It was returned to me marked insufficient funds. Plus my bank charged me $12 because of it. I called and left a message (no one ever answers the phone). To date I have still not heard back from them.
