Ordered a simple vinyl and was told it would take a week. 24 hours later we received a call saying it was ready. When reviewing the item we found a problem but were told by the sales person "we tell all customers it takes a week for items to get done."

The problem was fixed within 5 minutes but the question remains why do they tell customers it takes a week for a simple request. This lead to the decision not to buy future items because of what we were told. Then to see it fixed in 5 minutes...simply amazing.

The clerk did not appear to care that we would have bought more just eager to get on to the next customer. We walked out with an over priced vinyl deciding never to step foot back in the store.

We found the same item for 5 dollars cheaper and the turn around time was truly what they said...3 days.

It's unfortunate customers like us cannot patronize our local stores because of poor customer service but it would appear that is the case.

Dont waste your time or money on this place. I bought a purse/ tote bag ($30) for my sister as a Christmas gift and had them monogram her initials on the bag. She had the purse less than three days before the stitching started to unravel on the seams of the bag! Not only that, the threads on the monogramming started to unravel!!! I gave my sister the original sales recipt for the bag and she attempted to return it less than 2 weeks after the bag was purchased. My sister said the store OWNER would not return the bag because it was "personalized"....( ok understandable). She then asked the business owner if she could exchange the bag for a different item because the quality of the tote bag was obviously not good. The 30 something buisness owner basically said no sorry about your luck, you can have the same bag in exchange or just keep the one you have. My sister said that this woman was very rude and impatient with her. She said the owner was even checking her blackberry when talking to her!!! I gave Serendipity the benefit of the doubt and told my sister that I would try to return the bag for her the very next day. When I went into the store, I talked to the same woman my sister did (The 30 something daughter of the business owner). I swear to you this woman was from another planet. She was so rude, not only to me but the woman in front of me (who was also attempting to return a shirt she had screened for her grandson on which the lettering fell off!!!). She refused to return the bag or exchange it for anything else but the type of tote bag that fell apart on me. Again, she was on her blackberry the ENTIRE time she was talking to me and the woman in front of me!! She talked to both of us like dogs. It was unreal. I have heard similar stories from friends that have attempted to return defective merchandise. Needless to say I ended up keeping the bag and buying my sister another gift elsewhere. The place has cute stuff but it is very VERY cheap quality....Especially for what you are paying for it!!!!! Prior to the purse incident, I had a tumbler made for my daughter that fell apart after a few washes. No wonder the store has downsized recently!

I do not recall this particular instance but I do know that we have a 7 day return policy that covers our products. We believe that if there are manufactures defects or problems with the product that they will show up within the first 7 days of use.We always offer to have the product fixed for our customers but unfortunately if a product is personalized we cannot give you a refund. Products that are personalized are made especially for you and we are not able to return them. We strive to make them right if there is a problem. We are sorry that you had a bad experience and hope that you will give us another chance. We have over 6,000 Facebook fans and lots of happy customers. Our business is very successful in both Griffin and Lagrange. We are very sorry that your experience wasn't satisfactory.

The best place to get your gifts from

This place is awsome! It has every kind of gift ,expecially FOR FEMALES!!This place has bags,luggage,makeup bags,totes,photo albums,mugs,baby stuff,belts,college stuff...and the best thing about it, is they monogram it!! I love this place this is the only place i get my bags from!!I love them they are my heaven!
