Ive been coming to the bass station everysince 2004 and the service is awesome, ive also recommended them To many of my friends that have also had service done there. This location is great and I will keep recommending them to people I love these guys they get the job done and done right, im going to keep coming to them keep up the good work guys

NEVER GO HERE!! This is a poor excuse for a car audio shop. We had two amplifiers and some speakers installed here on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They wired both 400 watt amps back into the factory speaker wires under the dash, and used but connectors to tie it all together. When the system started acting up, we took it to another shop to fix. They said it looked like a high school kid with no experience wired it all up. We paid Bass Station $300 for the install (brought them all the equipment), and they might have used $30 worth of wires. There are plenty of good shops out there, find one of them.

tried to install a dvd player myself for my suv. these guys fix every thing for me including the mess made and gave me a very good price !!! aaa service !!! the best !!! check these guys out. they are pros !!!

Wonderful customer service. Staff was friendly and courteous. They installed my xm/sirius radio quickly and efficiently. I witnessed them with several customers. I was happy to see them offer honest information and great customer service. While I was there the staff was polite and courteous to every customer that came into the store. I made an appointment and knew about how long the service would take before I arrived. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

I had two cars to do in one day - window tinting & radio installation. They set up a date for me and took care of both cares in the first part of the morning. Friendly service, and always ready to serve, I appreciate their professionalism!

I called to price installation on a car stereo for my daughter and asked what time they closed. My daughter drove 45 minutes to Griffin to have a car stereo installed only to get there and have the staff tell her that they will close in 40 minutes and can not get to her car now. Would it have taken more thought to tell her this when she called? Then again when you have a bunch of non caring teenagers running the place you just can not ask for more than what they gave us, just plain BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will spend my time advising other not to use this place at all. I hope that it cost them at least the gas that it cost my daughter to drive 45 miles.
