Provided by YP.comI ordered a package Friday to be delivered Monday, payed next day delivery. It did not arrive, i was told by the "offshore" customer service that it will be delivered by close of day Tuesday. That is very poor customer service. We are approximately 3 miles from the UPS Terminal but cannot go pick up my parcel.
