david the owner was all nice and talked about church the entire time we were there buying our mattress and then a month later when the mattress was sinking over 2 inches in the middle and we contacted him ,he was irate and rude,ended up having to get my credit card to refund my money.we waited on them over 2 weeks to handle it and they lied over and over, so dont waste your money because their warranty is a joke.i see where they changed store names to get away from their other bad reviews ,because they were called WHY PAY MORE, but its the same people..
