Two years ago I decided to switch dentists due to insurance reasons. When I was there they told me after 17 and a 1/2 years of decent teeth that I needed work done on multiple teeth but the root canal needed to be done soon. OPERATION:I went into the operation feeling confident that they were competent doctors. I was wrong........ They shot me up with novacane and left the room with the promise of coming back to work on my teeth. 40 minutes passed and I asked 'What the hell is taking so long' they told me they had a dental emergency when they were trying to clean some brats teeth. When they did the surgery the novacane decided to wear off after waiting 50 minuets to start surgery. AFTER MATHThey left me with a root canal that a number of dentist claim i didn't need. 2 years later my tooth has been bothering me on and I decided to file a complaint. I went to talk to the office manager. She was condescending and never gotten back to me yet.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, YET THEY GIVE YOU THAT SMALL TOWN FAMILY FEEL, LIKE THEY'VE KNOWN YOU FOREVER AND REMEMBER YOUR NAME WHEN THEY SEE YOU WALK IN. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DENTISTS BEFORE STOPPING HERE, AND WE ARE STAYING WITH THIS ONE.
