This place looks good from the street, but DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE 'FEE'D' TO DEATH AND PICKED ON. My elderly mother wanted to move to this mobile home court. After speaking to her other elderly resident friends, she changed her mind. They indicated that Deb, the manager is so insulting and looks for things to charge additional fees, when they question her about anything, she points out that they are in the lease and suggests that if they don't abide by the rules and fees, they are threatened with lease cancellation and left to figure out where to move their mobile home. They are afraid of her and feel helpless to seek outside counsel. After purchasing a mobile home, my mother backed out and we moved her to another court in Urbandale.
