I called this shop after a computer repair to politely ask a few questions. The tech was extremely defensive. She was also rude, barking at me with things like, "WE TOLD YOU THAT TWICE ALREADY!" I am very upset that my calm and polite line of questioning was met with such defensiveness and rudeness. Mid conversation, the line went dead and she did not call back. I had to call her back. I then asked about a disk the shop had made for me with many files on it that I couldn't open. I was hoping that it had important accounting data on it that I was missing (data that the shop was supposed to have retrieved for me). When I asked the tech what the files were, she didn't know, even though they made the disk. She said she'd research it and call me back. She never called me back. In short, while the shop told me that if I had any questions whatsoever, I could call them back. Yet when I did, they treated me like a colossal pain. I spent probably $500 in that shop over the course of two months. I will not spend another dime there ever again.
