This property has a new management, and as a resident since 2014, I have not experienced any of the issues that the person below had experienced. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and I really enjoy it. Our balcony faces the woods and the train tracks (in the distance). Noise between apartments is minimal and I love using the clubhouse and the heated pool! The property manager and assistant property manager are very professional and there are a number of activities they hold for the residents during major holidays! If all goes well, I plan on being here for a few years!

Absolute WORST apartment compl...

Absolute WORST apartment complex I've ever rented from! Right after my husband and I signed a lease and received our key we went to take a look at our apartment. Immediately I noticed numerous problems; The carpet in the entire apartment was bunching up and was coming up off the floor. There were numerous stains on the carpet and a huge red one in the hall by the bathroom. I always take pictures and document the shape of any apartment or house before I move in. I noticed while I was taking pictures of the stains there was a bunch of cat hair all over the apartment as well. My husband is ALLERGIC he started having problems breathing and I had to rush him out of the apartment and get him his inhaler. When I went to the manager she told me it was the cleaning lady's fault and that she was being fired, and that they were sorry. I ended up vacuuming the apartment and shampooing the carpets myself!!! There was a HOLE in our kitchen floor, mold growing in the bathroom and our kitchen cabinets were literally falling apart. I documented everything and the leasing office said they would put in a work order and handle all of that. A day later they said we could move in. We started to move in but the carpet was not fixed, the hole in the kitchen was still there and when I was cleaning the bath tub with bleach some of the caulking was coming off and that's when I realized they had just caulked over the mold!!! I went and complained again and showed them pictures they sent maintenance again and they did the same thing they had done before. We had to stay in the apartment long enough to find another place and to top it all off they lost our rent TWICE!!! we had to take them copies of our money order receipts to prove to them that we had paid rent. We moved out and they allowed us to pay a prorated charge due to the problems and they lost that as well!! We once again had to bring in our receipt!!
