I called in an order for a large bacon grinder. The man on the phone was very rude and short. I gave him my order, then he said "ok bye" and got ready to hang up. I had to stop him and ask him how much it was and he told me the total then again said "ok bye" then yet again, I had to stop him and ask him how long and he says "10 minutes," sounding exasperated at this point, so I said thank you and he just hung up. I got there, and the man at the counter was very rude and didn't say much (I can assume safely it was the same man) I got home and began to eat the grinder and it was disgusting- I couldn't even finish it. The lettuce was hot and some was brown, the tomato was hot and soggy, and the cheese couldn't even be tasted. The bacon was overly salty, the bread was basically a longer hot dog bun. The only good thing about this grinder was that it was still hot when I got home. I was looking forward to this sandwich but I turned out to be EXTREMELY disappointed. I will never go back to Gus's again :(
