Dr. Girard ordered tests that I was never told of or consented to...only found out about them when I received a bill from the lab. Very violating, sneaky and manipulative on their part to take advantage of and upset a PREGNANT woman. I will no longer be part of a practice where I cannot trust my DR, how can you treat a patient that way? What a shame to be so deceitful and dishonest.
Additionally, their customer service when you call is nothing more than unfriendly and unhelpful. The ladies are rude and it took 2 weeks for them to call me back with an appointment. They are also not very pleasant in person either. My first ultrasound should have been a positive memory that I would never forget. Instead all I remember is a cranky old lady standing there violating me. I do not recommend going here. I will never be stepping foot in that office again. Please find an alternate DR and save yourself the trouble of going there.
