Grasso Southeastern Technical High School offers an integrated curriculum of technical, academic and sports activities. It offers specific training in more than 10 technologies. The school is located in Groton, Conn., and offers traditional courses, such as culinary arts, automotive technology and carpentry. In addition, the school provides various contemporary courses that include information systems technology and biology environmental technology. It offers its students employment opportunities through the cooperative work experience program. Additionally, it provides credit provisions for students enrolled in technical preparation program in partnership with the community technical colleges. The school s exploratory program is designed to enable the student to appraise their individual skills and interest, appreciate the world of work and make intelligent career choices.
