Was told it would cost $390 for the week....

Checked my credit card statement they charged me $ 552 what? Why? I was told they had to fill the gas tank that was filled by me before returning. Had to argue with their lack of customer service dept for them to realize that the car I was sriving only had a fuel capacity of 13 gallons and they claimed it took 16.25 gallons to fill the tank. Long and short I got my money back. Beware of hertz.... Someone was looking to scam me and maybe you too. Oh also drove a truck to North Carolina that was unsafe and the wheels locked up and couldn't be driven any longer. Had to drive 2 hours away to pick up new car.. A company that shamefully doesn't have a clue. Don't ever rent a vehicle from them again
