Provided by YP.comI order from this company all of the time. The quality of their items is awesome. The clothes are so comfortable. Out of several ordered items, I received one sweatshirt that was made incorrectly. The embroidery was not finished. I did the easy return process via their website. It was insanely easy to use and since the item was received damaged, they credited my account immediately so I could reorder and then ship back the damaged item. I received confirmation once my returned item was received by them. I was originally disappointed that I didn't receive credit for the S&H (they sent the damaged item, so I shouldn't have to pay for that). They credited me the S&H on my next order. You can't beat that customer service. It all happened very timely also. They donate 10% of their profits to benefit protection of elephants - they've donated millions. GREAT company!

Provided by YP.comIt's unfortunate that some negative reviews are here. I think this company is awesome! They profit share and the kids love the clothing and accessories. My nieces love this company and can't get enough! Working in a school myself, see Ivory Ella everywhere! Clearly they are doing something right! Yes, perhaps they are still working out some kinks. My only wish is for bigger size selections. Big girls want to wear Ivory Ella too! Keep up the good work!

Provided by YP.comI ordered a water bottle and a long sleeve t-shirt (med) last week. A few days later I received my package. In the package was the water bottle and a pair of black leggings size Sm. I thought "Wow, did I make a mistake when I ordered?" So, I looked at the enclosed order slip and nope.I didn't make the mistake, Ivory Ella did! I looked for a customer service phone number and there was none to be found. So, I emailed them the whole situation and was very nice in my email. I stated I needed the item I ordered for this week. Any other customer service department would say "I am sorry we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item. Please return the item at your earliest convenience. We will be ship out your item that you ordered ASAP". NOPE! I received a message that said "Here is a RMA form. Please fill out and return the item. As soon as we receive the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item!" Um..hello..this was your mistake not mine! And then said they will cover ship 1 way! Gee thanks. Already contacted BBB. I have ordered numerous times from here and have never in my life encountered such poor customer service especially when it was their mistake! After looking I to this further to see where the BBB was located for their State, I noticed NUMEROUS complaints about their company. STAY FAR AWAY!
