Provided by YPmobileThis salon is a family atmosphere. I recommend getting your haircut, dye, perm, and/or wax by either Sherry, Paula, or Beth. These women really know their craft. They are very knowledgable and always aim to please. You will honestly love the way you look when they get done with you. Whether male or female these professionals have people skills and will take care of all your needs for a reasonable price.

Provided by YPmobileI have been going here for a long time even back when it was fantastic sams. There are only two people I will not have my hair done by. Peggy the owner is one of them for all the same reasons in the other reviews. Attitude and NO people skills

Provided by YPmobileThis is one place I will never go back to! The owner, Peggy has no people skills, I couldn't believe her rudeness towards my family and I. Not to mention she denied us a military discount, when she offers them! I would not recommend this place what so ever.
I was surprized and saddened to read this review.I was a military wife for 23 years and have the utmost respect for our military and for their families. It is our honor and privilge to care for a large military community and to offer them all a 10 % discount on all services. The Shear Value Family takes great pride in our "people skills" and I invite you to visit and see for yourselves.

Provided by YP.comOwner Peggy is rude. Called me in for quotes on services/supplied, then blew me off of the phone next time I called, and I even got my hair cut there when I went get them set up. Not that the cut was great, but the rudeness is inexcusable.
I apologize for being rude on the phone. (I hung up the phone twice)I STILL do not recall asking for a quote on a security system and at the time was receiving dozens of calls a day and continually being called away from clients that I was trying to care for. Generally Shear Value Family members go out of way to make our clients feel welcomed and appreciated. We have many loyal clients who are very happy with the care they receive. I invite people to visit and to decide for themselves.
