This is a company that I will never do business with again PERIOD. I've been in email contact with them now for several weeks trying to resolve an issue which I keep getting the same run-around with every email. Despite the proof they still do not acknowledge they are at fault now they are turning around and saying "oops I guess your package was never delivered or misplaced"... How convenient as I've emailed a scan of the USPS tracking receipt.



This company is a well structured scam You may find other cases at ripoffreport (dot) com. I'm currently filing a full complaint with the New York Secretary of state, BBB and Groton Chamber of commerce.
