They deserve ZERO stars. I called ASK Powersports in Grove City to purchase an item that was in stock at that store. The parts guy gave me a price of $54.17, but said he would have to find out about the shipping cost to my out of state location. After a long wait, a woman picks up the phone and says that the item in question is a "vintage part" and that she will not allow it to sell for $65.00. I reminded her that I was just quoted $54.17. A fast talker with vague answers, she reluctantly took my phone number and said that she would call back with an amended price. Never heard from her again. Real customer No Service... what a turd! Maybe she could use that "vintage part" as a retro suppository.

I waited for over 1/2 hr. to get an answer from repair and called 3 x's and still no answer.
