I was on my way out for vacation so i asked Stephanie to simply lay acrylic and i would shape, file, polish myself. sounds easy right?Stephanie claimed to be a nail tech since 1994 .. my set looked like a beginner . the smile line on every nail was uneven and smokey.. yes smokey/blurry ,, there was a big gap on most nails from the cuticle to where acrylic began as if i had new growth or needed balance , the set overall was blotchy and full of mistakes.i quietly allowed Stephanie ample amount of time & opportunity to fix her mistakes .. but she didn't .. she was happy to just take my money ($40) and run with it.when i brought mistakes to her attention she acted as if she couldnt see any issues .. stephanie refused to come down on price after doing a horrible job and we had to get police involved ... funny enough she accepted $25 for a special she never even notified me of .. you cannot charge people high end prices when you provide horrible quality.The ignorance & unprofessional-ism i faced in her salon warranted me to post this review. Save your money and go else where..It makes sense why her clientele is low when shes been there at least 2-3 years-- FYI : Solar Nails are Acrylic Nails .. She Uses CND which is a Acrylic Product you/ Anyone can Purchase from Sally's Beauty Supply . Again Stephanie Lying to get over on her customers ..
