Provided by YP.comI visited this resturant on 8-5-08 at 16:39:06 I made my usual order as I always do at verturally every bk in the area. this is the first time I have every been treated like this by any resturant including your competion. First the sales person, a female greeted me in some unidentifiable langauge. When I said I didn't understand a word she said she went into a tirant that I surly could not understand. Then she started speaking in perfect english with a mild accent and I could understand her completely. But for some strange reason she could not comprehend what I was trying to order. All of a sudden she got the order correct and then babled something I could not understand. Except for the move up to the window. So I started my truck and moved up as always. when I got to the window my order was waiting . I made a comment to the lady about how much faster they were in getting my order up to the window then I was getting to the window. Had a laugh about it and paid with my cc. After she handed my recipe to me she disappeared so fast from the window that it was startaling. as I was driving off I though I had better check the reciept, and sure enough there was an error in the stores favor. I double check with the drive up sign and then went back to the window. When I asked about the overcharging the lady said I don't care what the sign says, its in here that matters. She was yelling so I told her she needed to get the manager which she did. the manager asked what the problem was and I was just asking why this was occuring. This man did not even speak after that and instead he pull out a long heavy gold color chain with which appeared to be keys attached to it. He then put his hand back into his pocket and literly threw change on the counter in my direction and then mumble something and walked away I left and went on with my normal activities, until I got home. After thinking about this for a while I though I would contact the local media but then desided to try this route. You guys have a problem at this resturant and it needs to be corrected. I am a daily customer of the bk on Stringtown road in Grove City and I assure you I will never return to this bk agin but I will spread by word of mounth what transpired at this bk on Broadway in G.C., Oh.

Provided by YP.comWell, I know you can't expect quality service from a fastfood restaurant. Which is sad in itself. You'd think businesses would want to care about their customers... anyways! That's not why I'm here lol. My father called and told me about his disturbing experience with this location tonight. I want to give a "heads-up" about it. So here is his story.
He placed his order and was told to pull up to wait on his fish sandwhich. All right, he did that. They brought out his order along with his fish sandwhich. He checked his order and discovered his two orders of onion rings were missing. He said the place wasn't very busy, that he was able to back up to the window and tell the girl about his missing order of onion rings. She told him to pull up again to wait on them. He did this and waited for some time. They never came out with them.
He went inside to check on what's going on. He said the moment he arrived at the counter some short woman in her thirties immediately told him she didn't want to hear his excuses. No greeting. Nothing. If that were said to me I would've had something tell her in return and put her in her place. But he is an elder and respectful of others, so he left. Now if he did say something and didn't admit it to me, can you really blame him? He plans to call corporate tomorrow and report this incident. I'm not holding my breath that they'll actually care to do anything.
His mistake was not getting her name. He's not up for the adventure of going back to point her out to me so I can get it for him. If you're conditioned to having your orders messed up, waiting on your food, and dealing with rude employees, by all means! Continue to go to this location lol. I personally wouldn't go here. I'm not a glutton for punishment lol.
