I have had 0 issues with Carters Mobile Home Park - I bought my trailer two months ago. New owners & management have taken over as of a few months ago. They have re-paved everything & doing a ton of upgrades to the whole park. Great place to stay, quiet & friendly!
NO BUGS either - unsure why the other comment says that, that's 100% untrue & the park manager Duane is out everyday to ensure the park is safe, everybody is happy and all maintenance is taken care of!

Run far away...the park is infested with roaches and managment and the owner turns there heads to any problems...worse place i have ever lived.
