Provided by YPmobileHe is a very bad person to deal with. Service and appliances are horrible. He gives grounds to end up in court and I'm sorry that none of you victims have made that decision. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RUTHLESS MAN. Don't be fooled by his have a blessed day

Provided by YPmobileSold me a fridge that doesn't work . He said he would come out and look at it. I called b/c I didn't hear from him. He said he would call before he came the next day, I called the next morning, now the number has been temporarily disconnected!!!! $150 down the drain !

Provided by YP.comThey do not even deserve a star!I definitely agree with the other reviews that are posted this place is an absolute joke. I brought a washer and dryer from them and it worked for about a week and then it started making this horrible sound like it was going to blow up. I called and spoke with Charlie’s partner which I believe is his wife. The wife stated that she would let him know I called. I waited a week no call back. I called again and spoke with the wife and she stated that he was out on a run and she would give him the message again. ( Ya he was out on a run picking more junk out of the trash to sell and do another person wrong again. ) Waited another week no call back from the wife or Charlie. I then took the time out of my evening after I worked all day to stop to talk to these people and they stated that they could come out the next morning to get the dryer fixed. Charlie stated to have my fiancé call him and he would set a time up. Guess what just like the other post states no answer when you call Charlie. We called several times after this they said they would show up we would wait and the trashy people would not show up. This man states he is going to show up 3 or 4 different times and he never does. I was very lucky to have a friend come and look at my dryer and let me know what was wrong with it. Guess what they found out the dryer was GHETTO RIGGED . I had to have a new blower replaced in this dryer. After waiting for Charlie to show up which he never did. I will be reporting Charlie to BBB. Every time you go by this place I now notice they are closed .They have this closed sign up because they are horrible people who take people who work hard for their money away from them. They sell nothing but trash and they do not keep their word. They need to be put out of business!

Provided by YPmobilePurchased a stove and fridge from this crook, the fridge didn't work correctly and he wouldn't give us our money back, although he claims to offer a 30day warranty. When he delivered the appliances, they were filthy and reeked of Cigerette smoke. He so-called business looks like a junk yard. Never again! Giving a one star is too high of a rating for this crook!

Provided by YP.comI bought a dryer from here and 2 days after I bought it, it started overheating and squealing loudly. This particular company offered me a 30 day warranty, which on a used appliance is excellent, which is why I decided to buy from them. After the dryer quit working, I phoned them and explained to them what it was doing. He said he couldn't come out until that afternoon. Because of times conflicting, I asked him if he could come the next day. He said he could sometime in the morning. I called him that morning to confirm our "appointment" (used loosely, as he couldn't even really give me a time frame as to when he would arrive). He said that he would be at my house in an hour to an hour and a half (10-11am). After waiting that time, I spoke to his associate (his wife) and she explained to me that "he had gone out on a refrigerator service call, which took precedence over a dryer" (even though I had spoken to him the day before and had an "appointment" with him). Two hours later, he hadn't called or shown up, and I had to leave. I could not get a hold of him at either number he had provided me, until about 5 in the afternoon. After talking to him, he insisted he tried to call me on my cell phone (which neither rang nor said I had a voicemail) to tell me that he didn't have a motor for the dryer, and that I would have to wait 2 more days. So, a week after I bought the dryer, I got to use it for 2 loads. We will wait and see if it actually gets fixed! Furthermore, their "store" looked like an appliance junkyard!! It had about 5 actual whole appliances in it, most of which had been stripped and used for parts! I am a single mother and can't afford to just spring for a new dryer. I could barely afford the $100 I spent on this dryer. The fact that this person is basically blew me off for another service call in which I'm sure he was getting paid, as opposed to my service call which was a free service, because I had bought the dryer less than a week before. If action is not taken on monday to fix my dryer, I will be reporting him to BBB, and billing him for the repairs. Customer service and professionalism should be the only priority, regardless of money, or size of business.
