Provided by YP.comAll these people want is your money. I adopted a cat from them and they told me they would spay her for free. After numerous months or booster shots (at the time my 9 month old child had gotten less shots than my cat) that I had to pay for out of pocket they told me they could no longer do the spay for free bc they only give you a certain amount of time to do so. This was never spoken of at all until I was there to drop the cat off for the surgery.
They also have no communication with each other at all. I had gotten a call to confirm the surgery and the last round of shots, and not even 10 minutes later I get a call from someone else saying that she was due for her last round of shots! How did they not see that she already had a scheduled appointment and that someone just called to confirm it!
I absolutely love my cat, but when it comes to having a new pet and getting them fixed it is not worth all the hoops they put you through and how much money you spend just to say it’s free and then end up making you pay for it in the end.

Provided by YPmobileOne of the three vets was terrific and her tech Becky was awesome very concerned and very polite to both me and my pet. Also very sensitive and understanding to the cost of procedures. If I could see them each visit I would return again and again. Dr. Kerr was arrogant and insensitive. If I couldn't afford what she wanted it was suggested to put my pet down as an 'advocate' for my pet insinuating I am an irresponsible pet owner. I found myself defending my pet and my wallet every single visit. It just made a stressful situation more stressful.

Provided by YP.comWell, I can't speak for you since maybe they made a mistake. But the vets and staff have always been very accurate with diagnosing issues with my cats and always very friendly and caring. They have often called me back to check on a cat or ask if I have questions.

Provided by YP.comConcord Chapel Animal Hospital has been a part of our lives since they opened their doors in 2008. I have always felt welcome and well received by each and every staff member as well as both Dr. Lauron and Dr. Kerr. If I had questions, they were answered promptly. If I had concerns, I was put at ease. If I needed extra time, it has always been given. I never doubt the sincerity and love that Concord Chapel Animal Hospital shows to my family when we visit.
Also, the facility is state-of-the-art but very warm and welcoming. I love the stained-glass windows that seem to keep the integrity of the building yet it is modern and classy as well. The staff take ownership of the hospital and keep it clean and tidy.
The bottom-line? We love Concord Chapel Animal Hospital and are very thankful that they are a part of the community. We won't go anywhere else!

Provided by YP.comI would never recommend Concord Animal Chapel to anyone. I tend to agree with the other reviews in that their bottom line is the almighty dollar. Although my pet was an established patient, when he became ill they tried to charge me a $59 emergency fee to see him the same day (even though appointments were available that afternoon). I find this completely unreasonable since I called in the morning when they opened and they didn't close until 7:00 pm that night! They did make time to see my pet, but ran every single test they could and still ended up misdiagnosing him. The veterinarian assistant stated my pet had issues with his mouth (he was not eating) and then in the same breath stated they needed an additional $70 to anesthetize him to get a better look at his mouth. Even though she stated that she could not see everything in his mouth she placed a fentanyl patch on him without being sure what the real issue was. The fentanyl patch was counterproductive and bad practice since pain medication decreases hunger, causes anxiety, nausea, indigestion, and masked all of the symptoms he was having. If a cat hasn't eaten in 5 days why would one prescribe something that causes him to feel full and nauseated? When I took my cat for a second opinion at Fifth and Kenny Animal Hospital, the first thing that he did was to remove the pain patch! The veterinarian at Concord never met with me and never bothered to call me to discuss my cat's care. Instead she had a tech communicate with me every single time. I assume that a vet actually did examine and treat my cat, although I am not certain. I do have to say their veterinarian techs are very nice and courteous. It's sad when one's cardiologist from The Cleveland Clinic, the #1 heart hospital in the world, has time to call and yet a vet in Grove City can't find a couple of seconds. After paying this veterinarian almost $300 my cat was still ill and the fees were quickly increasing while he was getting more ill as each day passed. Basically I was paying for additional tests because of this veterinarian's incompetence or her next vacation. Dr. Kerr had my cat so medicated that he could barely walk and would walk into walls and lose his balance. Upon the advice of a friend I took my cat to Fifth and Kenny Animal Hospital. Within 5 minutes my cat was diagnosed correctly. I am also confused why Concord charged me $95 for a blood test and Fifth and Kenny charged me $50. When I spoke with Concord's office manager she simply stated "I guess different places charge different prices." What is even more concerning is that the second vet stated there was nothing wrong with my cats mouth. The Dr. at Fifth and Kenny actually spent over a half hour with me reviewing my cat's xrays and the course of treatment he was going to take. He even called several times over the next few days to make sure that my cat was doing well.

Provided by YP.comThis office is staffed with the most professional and caring individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
For the rest of my pets lives - we will continue to go to Concord and I would encourage you to go there as well.
The level of compassion and true love of thier job is so apparent in the handling and care of your pets!
