I wish that there was a zero that I could give, a one is too much of a compliment. They received my claim from the warranty company and it was down hill from there. Communication with the company sucks, they must have only 1 technician that diagnosis a furnace off of sight as the only tools used to recommend a brand new furnace was a flashlight like. No voltmeter, nothing but sight. My home is only 3 years old and furnace already needs replacement diagnosed with a flashlight. They told me one thing but would not give me a written report then told my warranty company that the previous repair company installed inadequate parts. There were no previous repairs, house only 3 years old with a new furnace installed during build. Stay as far away from this company. If referred by your warranty company, please ask for another company. Look at the other negative comments and overlook the few times they were acceptable. The lie that they told my warranty company seems like they were hoping they could get a furnace replacement paid for by myself or company was so outrageous that I couldn't just let it go. Don't pay your service fee unless you have a written copy of the diagnosis to reduce the risk of them lying to your warranty company.

Our furnace was acting up 4:30pm on a Friday night and they were out here within an hour. We needed a new furnace and they came out the very next morning and installed it within a few hours.. Great company and reasonably priced... Highly recommended these guys

Furnace stopped working on coldest night of this year. Repairman arrived quickly and after we decided to replace the aged furnace. New furnace brought in, installed and HEAT by nightfall. Great service. Thank you.

AWESOME SERVICE! My furnace wasn't functioning properly so I called Frog Pro Services they were out the same day and the technicians were so helpful. They did a tune-up on my furnace and it's running great! Outstanding service and prices!

Awesome Service

Our furnace stopped working on the worse possible night this year (Thanksgiving Eve). We had family in from PA, my father in-law is 86. Needless to say we needed it quick! I called Frog Pro they sent out a tech with in 2 hours. I was shocked! The technician was very informative and polite. He also saved us a bunch of money! Our current furnace is just five years old and out of the parts warranty. Shawn called the dealer direct and was able to get all of the parts warranted for us! I want to thank you guys so much!! All in all we were without heat around 4 hours:) My father in-law never said a word! Thank you again Frog Pro!

Excellent Service!!!!

On monday night the AC stopped working. When the technician, Dave, arrived (on time I might add), I explained the new problem. He was able to diagnose it almost immedisately and effect a repair, at a reasonable price, before proceeding with the rest of the PM work. He was courteous and professional at all times, and more importantly, he was willing to explain what he was doing and why as he worked. ( Yes, I am one of those annoying customers that looks over the techs shoulder as they work and asks questions, its called learning.) Thanks Dave.

Have been a customer since 2010 and plan to continue as one.
