Mike was very patient w us. My entire family was involved w this transaction. Im sure he wanted to pull his hair out but you would have never known it. My house went into contract just a couple of days after it was listed. Unfortunately, the buyers flaked out. Within days (again) we had another offer, this one was over list price! This one looks solid. Dan showed my husband and I some houses, and we’re in contract on that one too. Such a great team, they have made this whole thing so much easier to deal with!
