We have had a relationship with Superior Petroleum Equipment for several years. They have performed inspections, maintenance, and repairs on our fuel dispensing system at our facility. They have always been very professional and have scheduled and completed their work in a timely manner. I have been very satisfied with this company and plan to continue to acquire their services in the future.

I had a very bad experience with Superior Petroleum Equipment LLC. Very Unprofessional, AVOID AT ALL COST.

My technical issue was related to Commander on site, 1) I made an appointment a week ago. On day of the appointment I was told that no technician available and supervisor transferred my appointment to two days later without my consent



Finally, the tech arrived, the issue was regarding back office system access, the so called verifone certified technician wasn't sure what he was doing. I did trail and error for approximately 4hrs and wasn't able to resolve the issue. They charged me approximately $400 bucks for just trying to solve the problem.



Bottom line is they have incompetent technician who will more likely be interested in dividing work order into several trips in order to steal your hard earn money.



I would highly recommend to avoid this company at all cost
